I hold dual Master’s degrees in Business Information Systems and Information Technology and have spent my career deeply immersed in logistics, supply chain, and eCommerce IT. Throughout my journey, I’ve specialised in deploying scalable, efficient technology solutions that streamline operations and enhance service quality. Before joining eStore, I held leadership roles where I focused on strategic IT development and system optimisation, successfully driving improvements in operational efficiency, system integration, and data security—all of which played a critical role in driving business performance.
Joining eStore in 2021 allowed me to align my passion for innovation with our mission to deliver next-generation fulfillment. Since then, my team and I have made significant strides in areas like end-to-end API integration, B2B tech solutions, and IT security—ensuring our systems are both resilient and secure. Today, our fulfillment systems boast a 99.9% inventory and order accuracy rate and the fastest order fulfillment in the market.
