eStore work health and safety policy

eStore Logistics is committed to providing a workplace that enables all work activities to be carried out safely. We will take all reasonably practicable measures to eliminate or minimise risks to the health, safety and welfare of employees, contractors, visitors, and anyone else who may be affected by our operations.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees of eStore Logistics, all contractors, subcontractors, casuals from labour hire providers, visitors and others who work with us (“Team Members and Contractors”). This policy is applicable to all eStore logistics workplaces and worksites (including Team Members working remotely).

Our commitment is to

Comply with all relevant work health and safety legislation and regulations

Implement and maintain an effective work, health and safety management system

Ensure work health and safety risks are identified, managed, and mitigated

Provide the required resources, facilities, plant, tools and equipment for employees to work safely

Share appropriate health and safety information, instruction, training, and supervision with employees and others

Investigate incidents and promptly implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence

Consult and communicate effectively with employees and others on work health and safety matters

Help injured employees return to work safely and quickly with early intervention and injury management

Integrate health, wellbeing and safety into management systems, activities, and strategic objectives

Our employees are expected to present for work in a safe and fit manner, promptly report incidents, hazards, or unsafe practices, and comply with procedures, training and instructions.
