Since founding eStore in 2008, I’ve been on a mission to bring world leading fulfillment to Australian retailers, helping them compete with global giants. Coming from a double degree in Business and Information Systems and early consulting roles at Accenture and IBM, I quickly saw the potential for data insights and advanced technology to transform the warehousing and fulfillment industry. This vision drove me to build eStore from the ground up, applying that knowledge to create fulfillment solutions that are faster, smarter, and more customer-centric, right here on our shores.
What began as a single 700 square metre warehouse in 2008 has grown into Australia’s largest tech-driven logistics provider, managing up to 20 million units annually for some of the biggest names in eCommerce and omnichannel retail. We now operate across six warehouses, with over 120,000 square metres of storage space and a thriving workforce—all built without a cent of outside capital. Along the way, we developed our own all-in-one freight and order management solution and a cloud-based logistics platform, giving customers complete transparency and control over their fulfillment.
But beyond growth, my purpose at eStore has always been to raise the bar for retail fulfillment in Australia. From a 99.9% accuracy rate to seamless same-day delivery, we create solutions that help our customers keep their promises to their customers. Leading this team drives me to continually innovate and achieve operational excellence at every level of the business.
