From streamlining supply chains at Telstra to enhancing customer service strategies at Adairs and Officeworks, my journey through the FMCG, retail, and logistics sectors has been all about driving efficiency and customer-centric growth. Over the past three decades, I’ve tackled diverse challenges that demand adaptability, innovation, and a deep focus on results—experiences that now fuel my work at eStore. 

I bring that insider perspective to lead both Operations and Customer Success at eStore, overseeing our six state-of-the-art fulfillment centers powered by AI-driven autonomous robots and an industry leading warehouse management system. My focus is on enhancing efficiency to control costs and achieve key financial targets, ensuring we provide a high-quality service that is both efficient and cost-effective, passing those benefits directly to our customers.

Despite the technological focus, people remain my top priority. I’m passionate about building high-performing teams by coaching and mentoring our functional leaders, giving them the tools and support to unlock their teams' full potential. I believe that great leadership has a ripple effect—when managers at every level are empowered, it creates a positive, collaborative environment where everyone can thrive and do their best work.
