When we help your business succeed, we’re also thinking about the bigger picture. At eStore, sustainability is woven into every part of our operations, from reducing emissions and minimising waste to using eco-friendly packaging. Just as we strive to deliver for our customers, we’re equally committed to delivering for the planet. This commitment extends beyond our supply chain to our facilities, where energy-efficient equipment, paperless processes, and water-saving initiatives help conserve resources and reduce emissions. For us, efficiency and sustainability go hand in hand.

Our commitment to sustainability
Recycling, waste minimisation, and site amenities
- We reduce landfill by separating general waste, cardboard, and plastic.
- Our batteries are recycled through Planet Ark.
- Our ink cartridges are recycled through Close the Loop - Hewlett-Packard.
- Our coffee pods are recycled through Nescafe.
- We incorporate eco-friendly and socially conscious practices into our inventory liquidation services.

Packaging with a Commitment to 100% Recycled and Eco-Friendly Materials
- We use GECA-certified shipping satchels made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic, recyclable through soft plastic locations.
- We utilise biodegradable or recyclable paper void fill instead of plastic void fill, where possible.
- Our cartons are from an FSC and PEFC-accredited manufacturer with raw materials sourced from sustainably grown forests and manufactured from a mix of recycled (up to 70% content) and virgin materials.
- We use branded packaging as requested, encouraging and enabling recycled, recyclable, or compostable materials, where possible.

Facilities and materials handling equipment
- We use battery-powered mobile robots and electric forklifts, where possible, to reduce our emissions.
- Where safe, our offices and sites have automatic motion-sensor and light-sensing lights.
- Our gardens are 'low water' and rainwater tanks capture and re-use water at our sites, where possible.
- We’re 100% paperless.
